Built-In Tax Efficiency

*Capital loss carryforwards may be used to offset future realized capital gains. There is no guarantee that the Fund will realize capital gains in the future or that capital loss carryforwards will result in tax savings for investors. Tax treatment depends on an investor’s individual circumstances and may change over time.
